Wear something comfortable and expressive, and be ready for guided meditation and somatic movement, as well as free-form spontaneous movement. We will have an opening ceremony for intentions, and a closing ceremony for integration.
We will not be serving alcohol on-site, but will have water and a tea bar. Feel free to bring any beverage of your choice.
