The winter equinox marks shift into darkness. The darkness invites us to rest and reflect on the previous year, as well as plant new seeds for the year ahead. Settle into the quieter months of the Midwest with a grounding and rooting ecstatic dance session, while preparing for upcoming festivities that top off the year.
