Connecting Cultures Through Movement

Another exciting opportunity to let loose with no judgement to a specially curated DJ mix by Tree. This is a workshop open to the public, to move however you’re feeling called to- express yourself and let it all go with some somatic exercises sprinkled in. The best part is… it is FREE if you RSVP! Cover will be $5 at the door if you don’t, so click the button below. Wear whatever you like- be it wild, comfy, or just your usual digs. There is no dress code but self-expression is encouraged!

Follow for updates!

We are proud to introduce Paul Roberts as a special guest at this event. Paul and his wife are offering an educational demonstration of Native American style dance.

Bio of Paul Roberts Jr. proud Ho-Chunk(Wisconsin) and Meskwaki(Iowa) tribal member

I was born in Tuba City AZ. and raised by my Mother, Grandmother and late Uncle. We lived in Flagstaff AZ. where my grandmother studied at N.A.U. I was raised around the Dinè (Navajo) relatives where we would attend ceremonies, powwows and rodeos. Relocated back home to WI and I started dancing at powwows at age 11 and was a performer at the Stand Rock Indian Ceremonial (5th generation performer) in Wisconsin Dells.
I reside in Ringle WI where I raise my family and work for Kocourek Automotive as a detail technician. I also craft Native American powwow regalia, a lifetime athlete, a lifelong student of culture and history, an advocate/facilitator for Native American men in recovery, health and wellness.
I am a father, a husband, a son, a grandson and most importantly an Indigenous Man attempting to educate all willing to learn about traumatic historical trauma and healing through Native culture.
